New filter options and tags
We're closing in on having 25.000 items in the item database, which calls for an update of the filter options and tags. In this newspost you'll read about all the changes this week and we'll share another development sneak peek for an major upcoming update!
Earlier this week, we've launched an update regarding the database filter and tags selection.
The new filters
The first change is that we've added more options to 'sort by'. You are now able to sort by 'last changed'. This was suggested in our Feedback Thread, so if you have Ideas for GST, let us know!
The second update is an update towards filtering specific tags. We've expanded the filter menu with a 'tag filter', which will allow you to search for multiple tags at once within a category, to narrow down your search.
To use the new filters; navigate to the Item Database. Click the 'Filter' button on the top right.
Tags
With almost 25.000 items that have to be tagged, we've started to update some tag options. Most of the changes are focused on the clothing items. The biggest change is that we've synchronised tags across items (for example, tops, dresses and jackets have the same sleeve options).
To find out more about the new tags, we've created a help page to help with tagging items.
We're constantly trying to make the tags better, so there will be more changes in the future when we will be looking at other categories.
Behind the scenes we (mainly our coding wizard Sieena) are making great progress with many new features and can't wait to share them with you. Below you'll find another development sneak peek. Can you spot all the new features?
