Item Prices
The item overview page contains the section of item prices. There are two types of item prices. The Auction Prices and the Trades Prices. There is also a Price Chart. Read about these functions in this section.
Auction Prices
In the auction prices box you’ll find an overview of when the specific item was sold on the gSm auction.
Auction prices might be a bit lower than what the actual item was sold for. The system that extracts the auction prices can’t always follow the last minute bids and bidding wars. Do keep that in mind when looking up the value of an item based on auction prices.
Trades Prices
Trade prices show an overview of user submitted trades.
If you want to submit your own trades, you’ll need the better goSupermodel Extension by Naddi. The extension adds a 'submit this trade to goSupertools' button in your trade log. Clicking the button will open a pop-up with the information it will send. Simply submit and your trade will be added to the database. When it is accepted, it will show up under 'trade prices'.
The value of the item is converted to only gm from the gm, vip, dia and sgs in the trade. The exchange rate is based on a survey Naddi made where she took the average of the responses.
All trades will be checked before they are added to the trade log and your account-id is saved with every trade. So, if we come across a user that sends in suspicious trades often, we will most likely block this user from submitting trades, to protect the database integrity.
Price Chart
The price chart shows auction prices and not trades prices.
A price entry seems wrong?
If you come across an item price that seems to be faulty, do let us know by using the red button ‘report error’ at the top of the item page. Please specify which price you’re reporting and why.
