GoSupermodel is filled with so many creative and highly talented designers. We already had an amazing JD and GD-team, but with the introduction of Community Made we have been spoiled rotten.
This news segment is fully dedicated to put a designer in the spotlight. Who are they? How do they create these stunning designs and what are they inspired by? This spotlight is for and by Anarki!
Let's introduce!
Hello! Most of you might know me as Anarki but my real name is Juni. I also go by J or Jay. I'm a 28 year old nonbinary artist from a small town in Norway!
I started officially designing in June 2025 but have just over 10 years of digital art experience. I started designing because there were certain items I have always wanted to have on goSupermodel, specifically more shark items which I am probably the most well known for as of right now! My style can vary but I generally lean more towards darker and more "edgy" aesthetics and vibes with my design and style, however I do love to do different things as well from time to time!
What does your design process look like?
I use the drawing program Clip Studio Paint with various different brushes (will provide CSP Asset codes below so anyone can grab them), as well as my Wacom Bamboo Intuos Pro graphics tablet and sometimes my mouse. The brush I like using the most for sketching personally is called "SOIPEN" (Content ID:1778407) by SORASORA with a 1-3px size, for everything else I use the "Pixel Brushes Mega Pack" (Content ID:1969097) by tsiox. My most used from the Pixel Brush Mega Pack is the "1px" for outlines and sometimes the "Sketch" for blocking out bigger shapes. I also use some default brushes / tools that comes with my program such as the soft airbrush and sometimes blur tool.

What's it like to be a community designer?
As of right now I have only had positive experiences from being a community designer, the love and support for my art has been really overwhelming (in a good way) and it truly warms my heart knowing there are others out there who like the things I put out in the world! <3
Are there any designers that are inspiration to you or that you look up to? / Who are your inspirations?
I have always looked up to all the older JDs as well as the GDs, I also love a lot of our community designers on here but right now my biggest inspirations are Petrikor, Lisu, Kino, applehoax, haavsalt, Ellie, cries, LostMySoul, Vixetoria, Kananen, Mommy & Yuuni! There are also so many more but the list would go on forever if I mentioned them all. Also extra special shout out to Chizumi, her designs are so creative and unique and she has brought something we never knew we needed to the site with her UI stuff!
Are there any tools/guides/tips/tricks or secrets that you'd like to share with other designers?
Other than what I have already mentioned a hack I like to do is use the airbrush on the "eraser" setting to diffuse and soften harsh lines! It works wonders with blending, I also like using it for softer shadows and gradients as well!

Looking back, what is your favorite item? What are you most proud of and why? I think my favorite items I have designed have to be my Shark 2.0 Collection for sure, it has been my dream items for so many years and I am excited I was able to make that dream come true myself! I am also really proud of the tattoos and piercings I have made. |
Looking forward, what are you working on? Do you have any sneak peeks or hints you'd like to share.
I am currently working on the 2nd part of my Spider OC Collection which you can see towards the end of the speedpaint, as well as the Rainy Days collab where the speedpaint is also shown! Other than that I have also started working on a more "basic" collection with some cute boots, but the specifics will be a secret for now!
I just wanted to say thank you to all my friends and fans who have supported me and my designs so far, I love and appreciate all of you so much and I'm excited to bring you more sharky stuff in the future! <3
